Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using both the doggiegoodies.co.uk/ gimmeegoodies.com website and the doggiegoodies.co.uk mobile application. This site is maintained and operated by Hi-Craft Ltd, company number 08018979 operated trading under doggie goodies.

Your access to view and use the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service or the site.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring date being the 5th of every calendar month. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please email info@doggiegoodies.co.uk before 25th of the month and we will process cancellation. If when your box arrives, you are not satisfied with the contents you have seven days to contact us at doggie goodies to process a refund. You will have to return the box and contents in full, unopened and in perfect condition at your own cost. Once the box is received here and meets the return terms and conditions then doggie goodies will issue a refund. Should any of the products be damaged then Doggie Goodies reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount off the original purchase price. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process. Please be aware that our subscriptions automatically renew on completion, with an email notifier sent automatically to the customer.

Price include VAT and delivery costs your order will be shipped out as per the details on our site or on your confirmation email. As per the nature of our business, it is possible that we may occasionally have problems sourcing stock  for reasons beyond our control, this may result in an order being delivered up to 28 days after order placed. All content on our site is protected by copyright/trademark laws, all other branding/trademarks contained on our site are protected by copyright of their individual owners.

 

Promotional Sign Ups

Doggie Goodies will run promotional sign up periods from time to time, this section refers to customers that join the service during these periods. Any discounts given on the first month of a new subscription are applied on the assumption you stay subscribed for the entire initial commitment period (3 months), cancellation will withdraw any such discounts and issue a charge for the remainder of a 1 month box. The charge will consist of the difference in cost to a single month box of £21.95. exVAT.
